We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Compensation: $50,000 at plan About Company: Trade & Tryon Realty exist to provide a leveraged approach to selling real estate through team effort, so that clients receive the highest level of attention, availability, expertise, and care.
