We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to be a crucial part of our team. This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for the day to day care of clients, including processing policies, product management, and responding to customer inquiries or concerns. Your primary objectives will be to increase sales through the management of client care. The Role: - Calling union members to discuss their benefit packages - Managing customer accounts - Assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire process - Work with clients to resolve claims. Record and document all details.
