Job Description As an Assembler - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies to create finished products. You will work with a team to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Columbus, Ohio location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.-- Key Responsibilities Assemble and test components and products according to specifications Impact finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guideline protocols --U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience in assembly and testing Some Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions WE VALUE High school diploma or equivilant Technical certification in manufacturing or related field Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Soldering experience and/or certification BENEFITS: We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
