A company is looking for an EDI Analyst I (B2B SaaS). Key Responsibilities: Develop deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities for customer support Resolve common support ticket inquiries related to 837/835 Improve customer experience by enhancing enrollment process and EDI/ERA support Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277) Experience in Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process for Part A and/or Part B facilities Experience as EDI Analyst troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer rejections Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
