The (Building Automation) Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and to ensure both short- and long-term profitability at assigned accounts within the Building Automation & Smart Buildings team by building relationships with key decision makers and becoming an essential resource to the client. What we would like to see: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required. 3 + years of Account Manager experience required. Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential. Technical sales experience a plus. Design-Build fundamentals a plus. Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential. Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential. Strong communication skills both written and verbal internally and externally are essential. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. What we offer?
