Urology Opening in Moline, IL Located in the Quad Cities Position Details: - Full-time, permanent position- Practice is looking to add a BE/BC Urology Physician. Successful practice should develop quickly - there is demand for this specialty by referring primary care physicians. - Join a great team of 2 MD's and 1 APP. - This is a busy "bread-and-butter" General Urology practice, with the opportunity to bring your own expertise and specialty interest to the community.- The Quad Cities actually consists of five neighboring cities flanking the beautiful Mississippi River in Iowa and Illinois in the Midwestern United States. The population of the four-county metropolitan area is estimated at 450K. Comp/Benefits: - 2-year Income Guarantee and Benefits Package - Signing Bonus - CME allowance/year. Plus, 5 days CME time off. - Great PTO allowance - Work/Life balance supported - Strong Referral Base - No Call Requirements- 4.5 day work week - Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
