Job Duties may include but are not limited to- Takes personal ownership of business portraying a positive role model through professional dress, demeanor, and language. Creates a respectful workplace and is flexible, problem solver, and respectful of the opinions of others, fostering a cooperative and collaborative environment. Provides superior parent/patient service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to parent/patient needs with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction in accordance with parent/patient needs, company policies and procedures. Adapts leadership style to effectively deal with different situations and people, fast pace, and responding. Professionally when confronted with changes, adversity, and other work-related pressures, team player, and gets work load accomplished daily Primary responsibilities are team leading, training, AR, and daily operations. Focusing on getting tasks done and accomplished daily. Responsible for achieving all budgeted goals and objectives and demonstrates perseverance and a quality work ethic by a willingness to learn and invest the time to achieve results to see our vision and mission as a company. Adapts to changing business conditions and quickly develops the actions to produce results. Ability to objectively assess current team members and provide honest, constructive and consistent feedback. Retains team, trains, and is a team player for all team members to respect and go to Inspires office enthusiasm during morning huddles and weekly meetings. Maximizes office team performance through consistent and effective coaching and feedback Adapts to change quickly and adapts accordingly Can Manage a team of 10-15 team members Dental Knowledge and Management for a minimum of 3-5 years Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k, Accrued PTO, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Quarterly bonuses.
