We are seeking an experienced Neuro Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Neurologic T herapy Team. Duties and Responsibilities: Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes. Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence. Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
