Description:

Be part of the company's landing pages domain team and partner with both the business and technical teams to innovate and deliver new features and enhancements for the eCommerce platform. Create or modify complex programs and modules from a detailed design where performance, efficiency, and reliability are critical to the entire system and are scalable under sustained load. Work with engineers and other cross-functional teams like Product Management, Project Management, Release Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet eCommerce market needs. Report to Staples eCommerce manager. Will closely work with Staples product owner on Global Merchandising and Personalization initiatives. Position is fixed location based in Framingham office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.Two (2) years of experience in a software engineering role or related occupation. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):- React.js- Web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Advanced JavaScript, React, Redux, Webpack, Next JS and Node JS- Write reusable UI components based on design patterns and workflows- Developing responsive web pages for mobile, tablet, and desktop- TDD using frameworks: Jest, Jasmine or Mocha- Interfacing with REST APIs or API Gateways- Working with browser APIs and optimizing front-end application performanceRequires a Bachelor?s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a directly related field Please copy and paste your resume in the email body do not send attachments, we cannot open them and email them at candidates at placementservicesusa.com with reference #2703395 in the subject line.Thank you.
