We are growing and seek a Home Comfort Advisor to join our team! Apply today! Position Summary: To responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities for HVAC products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with residential and commercial customers. You will be working with clients in both their homes and businesses. The position may require work in the evenings and on weekends. Hours: 8am - 5pm, with some evenings and weekends Office Location: Ipava, IL Pay Scale: Hourly + commission + Benefits Benefits & Perks: Health Insurance - 50% paid by company - Employee coverage only; 401K with matching 3%; up to 16 days of paid time off; Paid Holidays; Company car; Company Phone; Company Uniform. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or its equivalent • Great personality • Valid Driver's License • Fast learner • Good Computer skills • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Previous HVAC Sales experience preferred • Ability to work Evenings and Saturdays • Desire to make $100K+ per year income Qualifications desired: • Excellent verbal skills • Professional phone skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Energetic personality • Well organized and ability to work independently ***NO PHONE CALLS OR IN-OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
