Looking for a Sr. Superintendent for one of MA's leading General Contractors to oversee an exciting $100M ground up build happening outside of Boston!Client DetailsOur client is a premier builder in New England who has been in business for over 35 years. They pride themselves on a great reputation, great tenured employees, and a large amount of repeat business.DescriptionThe Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project is responsible for Work in partnership with the Project Manager to identify and address issues of constructability or lack of scope during pre-construction phase Participate in development and final review of scope Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments incl Review submittals, shop drawings and other product data to ensure proper materials are being installed on-sitescheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections and quality control Oversee all trades on site as well as Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers Report to General SuperintendentProfileThe Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project will have the following skillset Experience on ground-up projects $80M or more Public experience preferred - 149A K-12 Experience preferred A degree in construction or related field preferred Strong communication skills Strong tenure in previous role preferred Desire to grow within a companyJob OfferWhat is on offer for The Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project Base up to $200,000 Car allowance and gas PTO and Paid Holidays Comprehensive benefits package Year-end bonusesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
