Location: Medical Center-ProsperDepartment:MaintenanceShift:Third Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:This position operates, maintains, and trouble shoots facility utility systems including dietary equipment, chilled water, hydronic loops, electrical distribution systems, vertical lift systems, medical gases, domestic water, and sewage systems.Qualifications: Strong customer service background. Three years of relevant Plant Operations and maintenance experience. Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience. Computer literate in a Windows environment. Knowledgeable in Building Management Systems preferred. Preference given to individuals with additional license or certification. High School graduation or equivalent required.Certification/Licensure: EPA Certificate HVAC required within 6 months of hire. Universal CFC certification preferred. An additional State of Texas license preferred. Acceptable licenses are Journeyman Plumber, Journeyman Electrician, Maintenance License, such as a TACLA/TACLB.
