Your Role as a Packaging Employee: Key Responsibilities: Follows Packaging SOPs regarding morning setup, daily tasks, changeovers, and end-of-day clean-up procedures on all equipment. Adheres to all established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and product specification to ensure safe, wholesome quality product. Directly observes and verifies Packaging line ensures the quality of pie plastic wrap, individual boxing and master case boxing process meet Company standards. May be trained to operate the following equipment: Decobot, Colborne Toppers, Allfill, Campbell wrapper, Kliklok, Douglas, Robot cell, CCP (Critical Control Point) X-Ray Machine and Conveyance Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors or management Skills Required: Basic math skills, knowing basic Units of Measurement and measurement conversion, multitasking skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Food manufacturing experience (preferred). Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting (up to 100lbs), bending, twisting, climbing, and standing. Work Environment: Primarily in a bakery manufacturing setting, including refrigerated or frozen areas. Engagement & Equality: Regular team events, awards, and company picnics.
