Exceptional Benefits, Rich health insurance & 401k match The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting two sales divisions in an administrative capacity and facilitation of sales related projects. RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES: Respond to daily website inquiries, as well as incoming telephone and email inquiries Process rebate programs, promo programs, and set up monthly/quarterly emails and letters to go out to distribution partners. Travel Coordination/Sales Meeting Planning Assistance. Coordinate meetings/scheduling between BST management and partners/vendors. Support distribution of sales materials via mailings and special requests. Maintain up-to-date customer database. Compile data to complete check requests and registration forms for tradeshows for sales teams. Process samples, customer orders, program validations and returns in appropriate systems. Attend sales meetings when appropriate. Answer incoming phone lines courteously and efficiently Learn and maintain product knowledge Maintain a neat, orderly department and clean work environment Perform other duties and overtime as required. EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent is required. EXPERIENCE Minimum five years office experience; including Office Suite programs experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to work with minimal supervision. Professional, hard­working team player who is accurate, detail orientated and has advanced problem-solving skills. Self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized and dependable and must be able to work with all types of personalities and situations with the utmost professionalism. EQUIPMENT OPERATED Standard office equipment such as a computer, copier, etc. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Hand-eye coordination for typing.
