The ideal candidate should have extensive transactional health care experience in aggregation models across various industry sectors. Additionally, they should possess strong business acumen, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service. Job Details:Utilize transactional health care experience in aggregation models across industry sectors such as dental, behavioral health, med spa, optometry, ophthalmology, etc.Support health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.Develop state-compliant models and conduct regulatory diligence and oversight.Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Provide excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively. Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting health care transactions.Experience in building state-compliant models and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service. Skills:Transactional health care experience.Strong business acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in managing internal and external client and counsel relationships. Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
