Deljo Heating and Cooling has been providing expertise and quality in HVAC services for the north side of Chicago since 1922! We pride ourselves on hiring the best in the industry to meet the high-quality expectations we set for our clients. We have low turnover, which attests to the positive company culture. Currently, we have an immediate need for a Lead HVAC Residential Service Technician to join our phenomenal team. What We Offer: No on-call or weekends Paid holidays and PTO Medical, dental, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability 401k with a 3.5% company match Company vehicle and gas card Professional development Employee appreciation events Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience + spiffs and commission Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. start time to 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of residential service experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen Customer service oriented Excellent verbal and written communication in English Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook EPA Certified service, service technician, service tech lead, journeyman service technician, tech, technician, journeyman tech, journeyman technician, service tech, top technician, top tech, top service technician, top service tech, hvac service technician, hvac technician, hvac tech
