Candidates should be eager to join a multi-disciplinary team of providers, collaborating to provide an individualized treatment approach that recognizes each child's individual needs and personality. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts' (BCBA) Day to Day: Daily case management tasks including supervision of RBT intervention. Direct and indirect ABA intervention Complete daily treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, evaluations, plan of care documents and other documentation as needed within required time frame. Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.
