We're thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator! The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all front office operations within the practice, ensuring that patients, parents, and/or guardians receive top priority care. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Qualifications: Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service experience is highly desirable. Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on fostering positive working relationships. Ability to travel between multiple locations. Customer-centric approach, maintaining a pleasant demeanor in all interactions. Effective written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and management. Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness at multitasking. Proficiency in PC skills and willingness to adapt to new software as required.
