The role of Business Development Specialist is critical to the success of our organization. This role is focused on consulting with employers in our community to identify and ultimately fill their staffing needs, all the while continuing to advocate for our talent’s careers and well-being in the workplace. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE By connecting with employers in our community, you will create opportunities for those seeking work or advancement in their career. You will consult with employers to create an action plan for continued growth and “employer of choice” status. This is done by qualifying potential business opportunities and contacting key decision makers through a combination of social selling tools, phone, video, and in person to person sales calls. You will use your consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning, and listening techniques, etc.), digital marketing platforms, and discipline to become a top performing sales professional.
