Made Possible.THIS POSITION HAS FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITESPOSITION SUMMARYTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for and resolves all safety issues within their assigned areas.Establish or adjust work procedures to maximize production.Complete all paperwork necessary for shift employees and production.Check production schedule for product changes.Ensure enough product is on hand to complete shift.Any other duties assigned by supervision.MANAGERIAL / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITESInterpret company polices to employees, enforces all safety regulations.Responsible for new Employee instructions.Assign jobs and scheduled employees.Resolve issues with employees.Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
