Shift: 2nd, Monday : Friday, 2:45pm : 10:45pm Job Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, maintain, calibrate, and align CNC and associated machinery. We are looking for a technician who can support the maintenance team in continual improvements and increase machine uptime in a large modern machine shop. This is a multi:craft technician role. Qualifications: : Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and best practices: High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate in a team environment: Knowledge of various automatic control systems, processes and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to design, implement and maintain automatic production systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency: Experience in a CNC machining environment: Ability to safely work on and diagnose electrical issues (110:480v): Knowledge and ability to identify replacement parts.: Knowledge and experience with Fanuc robots and controls: Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, and hydraulics: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (mechanical,electrical, systems or operational) problems in a manufacturing environment.: Preferred knowledge in Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas,HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol controls: Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP,Limble): Knowledge and ability of rigging equipment and components.: Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics: Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment Equal Opportunity Employer
