The Foreman works closely with the Project Management and Superintendent teams to turn a project’s scope into an effectively planned worksite. The Foreman oversees labor planning and client satisfaction within the defined budgets and timeline for the project. This position involves office time, site visits, and hands-on fieldwork to effectively enact a project. This position will provide on-site supervision and training to the crew. A successful candidate is organized and able to coordinate materials and labor within the pre-defined limits of a project. The Foreman is primarily responsible for overseeing safety and workmanship quality with a focus on team culture. They will communicate issues to the Superintendents as they arise. Qualifications: What We Expect You to Have • Proven track record of experience in construction projects.• Exceptional skills in organization and project management.• Outstanding communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.• Proficient in relevant construction software and technology.• Deep commitment to safety standards and certifications.• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation.• Ability to adapt flexibly to changing project needs and schedules.• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.• Bilingual capabilities are advantageous, especially in Spanish.
