ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENT Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue. SUMMARY The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, scanning, sorting, filing, maintaining accurate records of valuable company information, as well as assisting in other areas as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems Work with spreadsheets to identify inconsistent data Verify data integrity by comparing it to source documents Update existing data to follow best practice protocol Sorting and filing AP and Finance records Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational abilities Time management skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in an oftentimes fast-paced work environment Interpersonal communication skills to successfully collaborate with staff members Proficient in Microsoft Office Powered by JazzHR
