The Role – Sales Data Technician Apprentice As a Sales Data Technician Apprentice , you will be working as part of the Luxfer MEL Technologies commercial team in either the Magnesium Alloys or Zirconium Chemicals arena. You will learn all aspects of the Sales process whilst conducting research into target markets / applications / programmes and customers in preparation for Growth activities. In addition, you will provide data analyst support by helping generate forecasts, monthly scorecard reporting and reviewing import and export activity. Initially you will complete a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship to develop your analytical and reporting skills. After successful completion you will progress to a suitable business-related Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA or similar) Main responsibilities: Your duties will include but not limited to: To conduct research into and provide summary reports on specified markets, technologies & customers, utilising a range of data sources, e. g. internet, customer questionnaires & trade publications, in support of the Commercial.
