IT Help Desk Technician Job Description:We are seeking a talented IT Help Desk Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues- Install, configure, and update software and hardware- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer systems and networks- Train employees on IT policies and procedures- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industryQualifications:- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plusIf you are passionate about technology and helping others, we would love to hear from you.
