Salary $40000.00 to $65000.00 per yearWe are seeking a well-seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our Team. Filta is the World Leader in cooking oil and fryer management operating in 15 countries around the world; we provide a proprietary mobile micro-filtration service for cooking oil, including a vacuum-based deep cleaning of fryers for Kitchens around the World.The Sales Manager will develop sales plans in coordination with the owner and execute these plans, identify target customers, generate leads, and close deals in a domain related to commercial kitchens such as restaurants, hospitals, corporate dining, universities, stadiums, and the like. The annual salary will consist of a base salary plus commission and car gas allowance. Responsibilities: This position will report directly to the owner of the business. Run a small route servicing our commercial kitchen clients. The Sales Manager position is the face of the business with our current and future customers' base. The candidate is expected to be extremely professional and possesses the people, listening, communication and customer service skills, which are key ingredients of the role. Sales experience in the hospitality, restaurants and/or catering industry is a plus. Preferably an industry closely related to the sale and/or distribution of cooking oil will be a great advantage. Or a chef who is looking at exiting the monotony of his/her daily role. Competence in time management and ability to set priorities and driving sales initiatives with minimum supervision. Provide weekly updates and progress review on sales targets, plan vs. actual. Tracking sales and analyzing sales performance and results. Ability to design and implement sales strategies and self-identify sales shortfalls and develop gap closure plans. Assure compliance with franchise standards/policies. Handle and resolve customers complaints or service issues. Conduct sales leads sites' evaluations and prepare price proposals in collaboration and coordination with the owner of the business. Qualifications: Pass drug and background screening. Mature, responsible, respectful, trustworthy and team player Must be structured, well organized and articulate. Previous experience in the hospitality or related fields a plus Strong, credible, and likeable sales personality A valid driver's license is required. At least 5 years of good driving history is required. Reliable transportation Have the mental ability to handle tough situations with diplomacy and tact. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively. Ability to learn and to stay up to date on the latest service industry news and competitive intelligence.
