π©ββοΈ Position: Full-Time Live-In Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) π΅ Salary: $40/hr (full-time) π Location: Dallas, Texas ποΈ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Job Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide professional nursing care in a home setting for a patient requiring consistent medical attention. Your role includes monitoring the patientβs health condition, administering medications, and providing daily care with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities: π‘οΈ Monitor patientβs vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician. π Administer medications as prescribed and manage pain relief as needed. π Assist with daily needs like bathing, dressing, and grooming. π€ Coordinate with healthcare professionals to implement health care plans effectively. π Document nursing care accurately and maintain patient health records. π€ Provide emotional support and compassionate care to the patient and family. π Educate the patient and family members on healthcare needs, conditions, and options. π§Ό Ensure a safe and clean environment following infection-control policies. Qualifications: π Current Texas LVN license in good standing. πΌ Proven LVN experience, preferably in a home health setting. π¬ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. π₯ Strong understanding of patient care and confidentiality standards. π Compassionate and able to handle stress effectively. πͺ Physically capable of performing required duties.
