CARESTL HEALTH is a Non for Profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving St. Louis communities and school-based operations. Position Summary: The Family Medicine Physician will take a personalized approach to healthcare, offering holistic medical supervision. This Physician will be expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term relationships, personal relationships with their patients, and produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice. Essential Functions: Provides for the acute and chronic medical and health maintenance care of health center's patients Provides hospitalization care of appropriately hospitalized health center patients Provides after-hours coverage for urgent health care problems for health center patients on a rotational on-call basis Participates in the health center's Performance Improvement program... Assists in the formulation and implementation of the health center's health care plan. Education: Medical Degree with specialization in pediatrics. Board Certification as a Family Practitioner licensed to practice in the State of Missouri. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience working within a hospital, private, or clinical setting. Current Registration with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry. Must maintain hospital-admitting privileges at appropriate hospitals, Annual PPD or Chest X-Ray, COVID and TB vaccination, Must be legal to work in the United States. Additional Information: Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 12 paid holidays per year. Full benefits package.
