As a GIS Technician, you will be responsible for GIS data entry, modification, and updating, as well as creating maps, visualizations and reports. For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com Responsibilities: Field collection of transportation assets utilizing the latest data collection technologies Office collection of transportation assets utilizing cutting-edge office extraction software Utilizing ESRI software such as ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro Creating maps and analyzing GIS data to aid Engineers in their decision-making Building interactive web maps in ArcGIS Online Working on a Project Team that creates GIS solutions for co-workers and clients Qualifications: BS in Geography, Environmental Science, or comparable degree 1+ years of experience Sound organizational skills, time management, and ability to work in a team environment are a must Proficiency in using Esri GIS products is preferred
