YDiagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etcCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications:Ability to identify the problem quicklyGood knowledge of automobilesEffective analytical and communication skillsGood reading, computer, and mathematics skillsAbility to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year in service departmentAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to work on your feet for extended periods of timeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic Computer SkillsPositive, friendly attitudeRequirements:· Must be at least 18 years of age· Must be authorized to work in the US· Must have a valid drivers license· Must consent to a background check· Must have good communication skills
