. Position Summary: We are seeking an entry-level individual who is motivated and has an interest in the IT field. Reporting to the Director of IT, the Temporary IT Associate will play a vital role in preparing technology for the upcoming school year, ensuring a smooth start. Position Responsibilities: Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students on basic IT issues and inquiries. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems for computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Assist in imaging and setup of student devices. Aid in the installation of networking hardware. Collaborate with IT team members to develop and update documentation for IT procedures and protocols. Support the setup and operation of audiovisual equipment for events and presentations on campus. Conduct inventory of IT equipment. Maintain organization of supply rooms. Clean IT and theater equipment. Other duties assigned by the Director of IT P hysical Demands and Work Environment: The position requires mobility between two campuses, involving a fair amount of walking and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Applicants must have transportation to commute between campuses. Qualifications: Encouraging eligible PVCC / UVA / St. Anne's Belfield School students to apply Ability to work legally in the United States Schedule will be up to 32 hours per week.
