IN THIS SENIOR EXECUTIVE ROLE, WE'RE COUNTING ON YOU TO: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize profitability and efficiency Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Prepare accurate and timely reports Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and investment strategies Implement cost control measures and analyze cost structures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses Provide relevant insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and other external stakeholders Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement ROLE REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: This is an in-office position, not remote. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or another related field (MBA or CPA preferred) Experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a similar industry Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all matters Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Leadership qualities, including team management, coaching, and mentorship abilities If this sounds like the right position for you, apply to be our Chief Financial Officer today!
