Position Summary: As a key member of the Finance Team, the Healthcare Analyst will provide expert-level insight and analysis on our products and services, evaluate potential business opportunities, including contracts and partnerships, conduct outcomes studies, and provide support and guidance for the sales team. The Healthcare Analyst can play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success by uncovering key insights and results when required to evaluate different growth opportunities. This role supports strategic initiatives and business objectives using data and analytic results for our fast-growing business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and possess knowledge of the healthcare industry.Join our dynamic team in a remote capacity from anywhere in the U.S., but please note, our core operating hours align with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Analysis and Planning: Partner closely with executive leadership to craft strategic plans and initiatives that catalyze growth and streamline operations within the dynamic healthcare sector. Conduct thorough assessments of current methodologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to drive informed strategic decision-making. Practice Optimization: Scrutinize operational workflows, processes, and key performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and practice optimization. Devise and execute data-centric solutions to elevate efficiency, refine care quality, and elevate patient satisfaction benchmarks. Market Assessment: Evaluate evolving market trends, patient demographics, and competitive positioning to uncover untapped growth avenues and craft effective market expansion strategies. Conduct in-depth market segmentation analyses to pinpoint specific patient cohorts and optimize targeted marketing endeavors. Growth Analysis: Dive deep into financial metrics, revenue streams, and performance indicators to identify growth prospects and proactively mitigate potential risks. Forge growth projections and models to underpin strategic planning efforts and facilitate judicious resource allocation. Data Analysis and Reporting: Harness cutting-edge analytical methodologies and tools to dissect healthcare data, distill actionable insights, and furnish compelling recommendations. Craft comprehensive reports, dynamic dashboards, and impactful presentations to succinctly convey findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster synergistic collaboration with multifaceted teams spanning marketing, finance, operations, and clinical domains to operationalize growth strategies and initiatives. Serve as a revered subject matter expert, furnishing analytical support to drive the success of cross-functional projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Experience : At least five (5) years as a sales consultant, operations analyst, management consultant, investment analyst, or similar role, with healthcare and venture-backed start-up experience. Education : A bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, statistics, healthcare administration, business administration, health informatics, or a related field. Skills : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, sales, or operations within the healthcare industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with an ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and statistical analysis. Experience with healthcare data analysis, including medical claims, pharmacy data, and other administrative datasets. Understanding of healthcare systems, provider groups, and health plans; market dynamics; reimbursement; and the healthcare regulatory environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy. Proficient with MS Office suite and BI tools (e.g., Looker and Tableau). Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
