Director of Food & Beverage – Turks & Caicos Resort Salary: 100,000 + accommodation allowance, visa support, bonus, benefits and more Location: Turks & Caicos Our client is an award-winning luxury hotel group based in the Caribbean. We are assisting them in their search for a Director of Food & Beverage to work at one of their beautiful all-inclusive properties The Company: Global Brand with over 20 resorts in 7 different countries All-inclusive 4- and 5-star resorts High standards that go above and beyond to deliver the ultimate guest experience Award winning name that is recognized around the globe Responsibilities: Direct and organize the activity of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation Implement effective control of food, beverage, and labor costs among all sub-departments Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all restaurants and bars to achieve a profitable result Participate with the chef and restaurant managers in the creation of attractive and merchandising menus designed to attract a predetermined customer market Assist the area managers in establishing and achieving predetermined profit objectives and desire standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of six 6 years’ experience in Food & Beverage Management of a first-class hotel, at least one of which was in the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager College or University Degree Hospitality Management, and or equivalent experience Demonstrate knowledge of an ability to manage Food & Beverage operation, obtained through hotel school, university.
