This is your chance to be part of a team that's reimagining the patient journey and bringing it to life.Accountabilities:As the Director of HCP Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading the definition, design, execution, and measurement of brand strategy with a prioritized focus on the Healthcare Professional Customer segment. You'll spearhead the development and implementation of strategies for healthcare professionals (HCPs), devise promotional and tactical plans, and adopt an omni-channel approach to programs. You'll also collaborate with various teams to align initiatives to brand strategy and in-market executional needs.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences8+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience; preferably in a related industry4+ years of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Promotions experienceExperience leading brand strategy and aligned executionSuccessful delivery of strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business areaDemonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essentialStrong financial skill with the ability to assess and get resultsStrong understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursementAbility to successfully lead through ambiguityDemonstrated Learning AgilityDesirable Skills/Experience:Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciencesExperience related to Rheumatology or similar specialty marketingExperience with digital or omnichannel marketingKnowledgeable in Market AccessExperience with Insight based segmentationLaunch and product life cycle - managing in-line delivery while developing launch strategies for line extensionsWhy AstraZeneca?At AstraZeneca, we seize opportunities for change and make them happen.
