Here at Bridgeview Care, we currently have openings for HAPPY & DEDICATED nurses to come join our team. As an RN/LPN Weekend - Baylor, you will have the ability to work on your education during the week while caring for our residents on the weekends, plus EARN amazing pay bonuses if you commit to doing this on a weekly basis. Work 24 hours over the weekend, get paid for 30 hours. Work 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours. Who we are: The Bridgeview Care is part of the Caldera Care family. What you will do: Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON Must have: Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!) Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently Caldera Cares for you!
