We are currently partnering with a home-visiting Primary Care Clinic to fill the following position: On Call- Supervising Physician Requirements: Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Licensed with no sanctions in Georgia Board Certified / Board Eligible Preferred specialties include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine Ability to be credentialed with all insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans Responsibilities: Diagnosing common illnesses, providing specialist referrals when appropriate Educating patients in disease prevention and health maintenance, as well as show clear and detailed follow ups with patients Preparing medical records and clinical reports Administering examinations, vaccinations and diagnostic testing as necessary Supervising home visiting Nurse Practitioners
