We are seeking an experienced Service Now Technical Consultant to join our client. This is a great time for a skilled professional passionate about Service Now solutions, aiming to work in a flexible, fully remote environment while contributing to significant projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical aspects of Service Now implementations and customize solutions to align with client requirements. Develop and implement Service Now applications and modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective deployment of Service Now solutions. Provide expert advice on Service Now best practices, design, and architecture. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Stay up to date with new Service Now updates to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: Strong track record as a Service Now Technical Consultant. Valid Security Clearance or eligible to apply. In-depth knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities, and experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM desirable, but not essential. Experience in Service Now customisation, including creating workflows, forms, and reports. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Service Now certifications e. g.
