The Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in various employment law matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, non-compete/trade secret, and single-plaintiff cases. Duties:Provide legal advice and representation in employment law mattersHandle wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret mattersConduct legal research and analysisDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsRepresent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediationsProvide counsel to clients on employment-related issuesAssist with client consultations and case management Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in the jurisdiction2-4 years of experience in employment advice and litigationExperience in wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret mattersStrong writing and analytical skillsExcellent academic background Skills:Excellent writing and analytical skillsStrong research and legal analysis abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication skills Ranked as a Vault Law 100 international law firm, attorneys at this firm win by understanding their client's business, investing in their success, and by putting their interest ahead of their own.
