Key Responsibilities-- ----Typical EducationHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Relevant Experience5+ years related experience and/or trainingRequired CertificationsOther InformationKnowledge of the tools and operating equipment used in plant; Mechanical aptitude.Skills:--May be required to operate a pay loader and/or other motorized equipment as needed; Abilities:---- Ability to identify and understand chemical processes and intermediate math skills preferred. Ability to communicate technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing.-- Must have the ability to approach others in a tactful manner, react well under pressure, and be accurate and thorough.--May be required to work overtime, 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and/or varying shifts.Physical Requirements:-- This job requires the ability to work rotating shifts in excess of eight hours per day to include weekends and off-duty hours to reach operational goals and compliance requirements in a plant that operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.-- This individual must have the ability to operate a front-end loader, forklift, and/or other motorized equipment.-- Job duties may require the ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, grip, push, pull, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.-- In order to perform the duties of this job, the incumbent may be required to walk in excess of 500 yards to reach equipment/areas across the facility.Job Requisition ID:--18382Travel Required:--NoneLocation(s):--FG Plant - Grand Forks--Country:--United States**The J.R.
