Reporting to the project manager, the data administrator is to ensure that Alstom as a maintainer and our customer as an operator are well supported with regards to quality and integrity of the information shared. The data administrator will support the various functions on site linked to the maintenance activities of the REM project rollling stock. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry Reviewing and entering data information appropriately with attention to detail Reviewing and ensuring the quality of the information entered into the data management system by the various entities Proactively verifying data through source documents Monitoring and updating existing data when required Retrieving data for team members upon request Performing data searches and generating reports when required Work closely with performance manager for followup on KPIs, new developments Become a reference as one of the key users of the maintenance management system (SAP) Apply the document management process Provide administrative support to the rolling stock maintenance team REQUIRED PROFILE: Graduate with minimum 2-3 years Proven data entry, analysis and management experience 1-2 years railway experience preferred. Experience with applications such as SAP and/or Maximo Knowledge with data tools such as Qlik, Power BI is added advantage. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
