Responsibilities: As an accomplished Service Now expert, your role will revolve around customer consulting within projects, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Key responsibilities include: - Active involvement in project management, process optimization, and business process consulting, primarily focused on the Service Now platform and modules such as ITSM, SPM, CSM, ITOM, and WSD. - Utilizing Service Now solutions to gather requirements and define user stories. - Developing comprehensive solution architectures and implementation concepts, with meticulous documentation. - Actively participating in enhancing their service portfolio within the Service Now context. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Previous experience working on Service Now projects, including collaborative work with software developers. - Confident communication skills while interacting with customers, and experience conducting independent customer workshops. - Proficiency in either C1 or C2 level of the German language.
