Addiction and Mental Health Worker, Holly’s House 1 Full-Time and 2 Part-time positions; Contracts (End date: March 31, 2024) Three separate contract positions are available London, Ontario - Application Deadline: August 24, 2023 - Holly’s House supports a vibrant community of women who are experiencing, or at risk of homelessness, to set and achieve their housing goals, promoting a welcoming and non-judgmental culture and providing a reprieve from the stigma women so often feel in other community settings. Our team supports women through short-term transitional housing supports, interventions and services that are consistent with a trauma and violence informed, gender specific, harm reduction and psychosocial model of care. Interested applicants who reside in the City of London and are in need of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) are encouraged to apply for one as soon as possible as PVSCs in the City of London are currently taking approximately 3 weeks to be processed and offers of employment cannot be made without receipt of a PVSC. WHAT WE'RE OFFERING: What you'll be making - What you'll be making - $22.33 to $25.71 per hour (Practicing Professional Grid) The above are initial rates; with grid increases as per policy Internal staff members will be placed on the appropriate grid based on their current rate of pay, up to Level 8 of the grid (see Intranet Policy - bit. ly/Compensation Policy Pg16 ) When you'll work - Full-time Position (1 available) : 70 hours bi-weekly, rotating schedule of day, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts Part-time Positions (2 available) : 43 hours bi-weekly, rotating schedule of day, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts Your pension plan – Will be eligible for optional enrollment in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension.
