Summary of team The Client & Matters (C&M) team support all employees with resolving queries on our time and fees system and on our Client Relationship Management platform (SUGAR). We support our people with timesheet related issues, raising bills to clients, client reporting and income reporting. The team also collaborates closely with our Finance Business Partners to turn data from our systems into insightful reports. About the role Maintain data for late time recordings Gather and maintain data on any mitigating reasons given Produce reports for publishing to the team so they are aware of the latest position Communicate with the wider team, HR and the training team on various matters Produce regular KPI data for the wider management team. What are we looking for? Works well within a team environment, developing and maintaining relationships within the team and wider firm. Good communication skills are required (written and verbal). Time management and organisational skills with an ability to work flexibly, under some time pressure and to fulfil deadlines. A keen eye for detail and an interest in learning more about good data management Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
