Housing Manager Location: Port Solent, Pure Offices, Port Way, PO6 4TY Permanent Contract, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary circa £28,000, negotiable based on skills and experience plus great benefits including Health cash plan Home, a place where you belong This is a great job opportunity for a Housing Manager to join Home Group’s awesome housing team in Hampshire. As our Housing Manager you’ll be the face-to-face customer support to our communities. This is the perfect job for you if you like variety and delivering excellent services to our customers and communities. Typical day as a Housing Manager · You’ll look after a number of estates and neighbourhoods in Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham and Southampton. · Work closely with our Community Housing Assistant to manage our estates and neighbourhoods. · You will proactively managing anti-social behaviour on our estates, respond to customer queries and complaints. · Manage our voids process including liaising with local authorities and let our homes to new customers. · You will work with third party managing agents to ensure that our shared housing estates are managed and maintained effectively. · You will also carry out estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site, as well as carrying out and recording the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
