About the role: Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Part-Time Laboratory Assistant - Distribution to join our dynamic Supply Chain Operations West team. In this role you will be responsible for para‑technical functions of the Laboratory and may be assigned any of the duties and responsibilities listed below. Depending on the size of the Centre, complete rotation of duties may not be practical. You will adhere to all current operating procedure, practices good judgment in the performance of job responsibilities and promote Centre objectives through good interpersonal skills. Formula for success: Drawing on your knowledge and laboratory experience, you will be receiving and storing blood, fractionation products and maintaining stock of distribution supplies in accordance with all Canadian Blood Services' Standard Operating Procedures and Good Documentation Practices With your commitment.
