PAINTERDDSL BUILDERS LTD ABOUT THE VACANCY: Currently, we are looking to hire a knowledgeable Painter to join our in-house team and help us grow and develop further. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted• Repair cracks and holes • Mix paint to desired colour and texture • Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls• Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings• Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma, vocational education is an asset• At least 7 months of experience as a painter• Ability to communicate in English is required WORK CONDITIONS: • Permanent, full-time position• $26.50 per hour• 35 hours of work per week. Occasional overtime may be required with applicable pay ($39.75) after 44 hours of work per week• You will be located at 1881 Steeles Avenue West Toronto, ON M3H 5Y4. You will be assigned to the job sites as per the company schedule.
