I am looking for an astute Enterprise Architect to support a global IT solutions provider with a large: scale business transformation programme, helping to deliver IT Strategies, Transformation road: maps, Product portfolios, Architectural guidance and Governance processes. Remote/London Inside IR35 Role Responsibilities: Work towards successfully aligning business and IT and across the IT landscape. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships. You will play a pivotal role in driving the business and technology transformation initiatives in line with the agreed goals. You will be responsible for architectural leadership across the portfolio of projects. Responsible for architectural governance through guidance and processes. Create architectures, strategies, policies, road: maps, and patterns that support the delivery of business value. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to lead the architecture capability across a multi: department, multi: discipline team, elaborating architecture best practice and operating model through continuous improvement. Skills/Experience required: At least 10 years experience in technology delivery roles including business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management. Proven commercial experience in executive leadership and advisory roles. Strong leadership skills with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Experienced with defining and delivering enterprise transformation road: maps. You must have previously delivered enterprise scale solutions involving COTS software products alongside in: house solutions. Strong domain experience with more than one of Ecommerce, WMS, ERP, CRM, PSA, or CPQ platforms. Well: versed in overseeing systems delivery engagements with external partners.
