I What will you be doing To effectively and efficiently deliver both proactive and reactive 1st Line IT Support for all STR employees. Acting primarily in a 1st line support capacity, resolving issues in person, over the phone or via remote connectivity. The role is varied and requires a real team player who can manage their time efficiently and prioritise or escalate technical issues to ensure a prompt closure. As a IT Support Technician at STR some of your responsibilities will include: Provide 1st Line IS support across all IT & Comms platforms via internal ticketing log1st Line Support for CRM, handling basic user issues Team/desk moves Hardware set-up, cabling etc. Simple hardware maintenance and fixes Escalate more complex calls when required Assist with new office set-ups Provide IS support for Group functions/events AVSystem back-ups and maintenance Maintain IT equipment stock levels to ensure shortages do not occur Be responsible for IT Asset Register Company mobile phone ordering and set-up New Starter/Leavers process Administrate Intune Ensure offices / Comms Rooms are tidy Monthly visits to satellite offices Produce monthly IT SLA reports for SLTProvide additional support to Facilities Team What are we offering you A commitment to provide you with a personal development plan and clear career path including any required training.
