This position is an IT Helpdesk Technician for internal systems, primarily focused on the Temple, TX office. What You’ll Do: Update tickets (cases) by gathering information and defining the ticket urgency. Complete assigned tasks and tickets by following documented procedures, including Staging, Installation, Configuration, Upgrades and Maintenance of software and physical workstations. Communicate with professionalism and succinctly include relevant information when handing off tickets to the appropriate Line of Business, NOC Systems Administrators, Infrastructure Engineering and Systems Engineering teams. Troubleshoot ticketed problems, including coordinating with Vendor support teams. Why PDI Technologies?
